Specific Music was engaged to curate the music for an 'Evening with Quincy Jones' at the Britten Theatre in London's Royal College of Music on Sunday.
Specific Music presented a 16-piece house band made up of musicians from The AllStars Collective which performed a bespoke Overture to celebrate different aspects of Quincy's work before inviting 10 guest artists to the stage including Beverley Knight, Jocelyn Brown, Hamish Stuart, Mica Paris, Sarah-Jane Morris, Kenny Thomas and Sonique.
Quincy Jones then took to the stage for an interview with Paul Gambaccini which included a surprise appearance by legendary songwriter Rod Temperton.
The evening's finale included all of the guest artists and Quincy himself singing along with the choir from the Royal Docks Community school in Newham to 'We Are The World'.
